Adult Volunteers (18+)

To complete your CASE training, complete the 3 easy steps by clicking the boxes below. Every 3 years, volunteers will have to renew their training in order to stay complaint with the Rochester Diocese standards. After each step, you will be required to send the following forms to lily.barr@dor.org (or drop them off in the parish office) before you can volunteer with any St. Mary our Mother ministry:

CASE Training Certificate of Completion

If you are renewing your training and over 70, you do not have to do the online training again

Completed Copy of the Background Check Form
A copy of your ID (Passport or License)
Signed Code of Conduct

Complete your CASE training by clicking each of the boxes below

Once done, email the Certificate of Completion

Once filled out, Email the completed file and a picture or your Identification

Read and sign, once done, email the completed file

Volunteers Under 18 (Minors)

The process for teen volunteer training for safe environment is simple. Teens will participate in an in-person training at their parish. The training includes prayer, review of the Code of Conduct for Minors, and unpacking different scenarios that teens might encounter in order to applying the rules from the Code of Conduct for Minors.
