Ministry that extends help and kindness to the bereaved. Members volunteer in several ways to express the Parish's condolences and to offer assistance to the family, including:
- Visiting the funeral home to offer the Parish's sympathy
- Sitting at the family home during calling hours or while the family attends the funeral
- Preparing and serving a luncheon after the funeral in the Church Hall (if available) or at a family home, should the family wish
- Follow-up correspondence to the bereaved at holidays or other special occasions to express the Parish’s continued sympathy and prayerful thoughts
